Hosta By Kelley

During the redesign process (2017) of this site I found this panel for the Hosta Revolution.  I suspect there was more to it as it was originally laid out for 15 panels.  As several years had passed since I began it; I finished it with what few clues I had.  It still makes perfectly wonderful sense however!

The titling of the cartoon also was not completed until just before posting as well.  Does the "THE" suggest a bandit?  I'm hoping it doesn't.
